Affiliate Disclosure

TestingAtAMCUK.com is a participant in affiliate marketing programmes with various online casinos and betting operators. When you click on links to these operators from our website and make a deposit or complete other qualifying actions, we may earn affiliate commissions at no additional cost to you.

How Commissions Work

We generate revenue through affiliate partnerships with the betting sites featured in our top 50 rankings. These commissions help fund the operation and maintenance of this website and support our independent review process. We are transparent about these relationships and disclose them clearly throughout our content.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate commission structure does not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. We assess each betting site based on objective criteria including licensing, security, user experience, promotions, and customer support. Our rankings reflect our honest evaluation regardless of commission rates offered by different operators. We may review sites that do not offer affiliate commissions, and we do not feature sites solely because they offer higher commissions.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on TestingAtAMCUK.com are clearly marked with an "Affiliate Link" label or badge adjacent to the hyperlink. Sponsored content and promotional features are also clearly identified as such. If you are uncertain whether a link is affiliated, please contact us for clarification.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure is made in compliance with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code) and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. We are committed to transparent advertising practices and UK consumer protection standards.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to review the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and responsible gambling information provided by each betting operator independently. Your decision to use any betting service should be based on your own assessment of that operator's suitability for your needs. TestingAtAMCUK.com cannot be held responsible for your interactions with any third-party operator or the outcomes of your betting activity.
